2. Refresh carpets and rugs
While you’re trying to clean your house as often as possible, you may notice that the items that collect dust the most are the rugs. And if you have a pet, you’re probably familiar with the fact that they use it to scratch, roll over, and sometimes as a bathroom. Of course, it isn’t fun. That’s why it’s very important to clean it as often as possible and, when it’s necessary, even buy a new one.
I usually remove the stains and odors from my carpet with baking soda. You don’t even need to use that much! Some sprinkles here and there are more than enough. Let it sit for about 30 minutes and then vacuum.
