Your cast iron cookware

When it comes to washing your cast iron cookware, there’s a little confusion when it comes to the dish soap. It has been said that you shouldn’t clean the pots and pans with plain old dish soap, but as it turns out, you can, and the reason behind it is that dish soap is made to remove grease, and cast irons have a layer of “seasoning” to work their magic.
