7. Your Toothbrush Holder

The handy holder that’s housing your toothbrush is also housing more bacteria than you realize. In a 2022 study, NSF International analyzed 30 everyday things in 22 different households and discovered that about 27% of all toothbrush holders were infected with Coliform, a group of bacteria that includes harmful strains like Salmonella and E. coli.
