11. More mirrors
Most of the designers say that “the placement of mirrors determines the modernity of the house.” And it’s actually true. If you have a small room, placing a mirror strategically will make it look bigger. Not only that, but it will add light to it. This doesn’t have to cost a fortune! The mirror does not need to be particularly functional if it enhances the whole environment. I am personally a fan of vintage mirrors.

12. Creative ties will make curtains look attractive
Curtains are my favorite thing to add to my living room. simply because they are fashionable. And if you dare to add a few accessories like an old vintage belt or some ties made of old bracelets, they will definitely highlight the look of them. How would you decorate your curtains?
TIP: Don’t forget to hang curtains as close to the ceiling as possible in order to make the windows look even bigger.
