Jetted Bathtubs
Even though there are conflicting opinions on this matter, one thing is for sure: The era of oversized jetted tubs has passed. Actually, tubs have already overstayed their welcome and are more of a style statement in your bathroom.
On the one hand, people who still like tubs have been going crazy over that black-colored clawfoot tub because it adds a fresh twist to the classic tub. But on the other hand, there is a growing trend of replacing the bathtub altogether. The fixture occupies a lot of space in the bathroom.
So which way do you go? We vote for the colored clawfoot tubs, especially if you have an oversized master bathroom. Even if we’re speaking financially, it’s a wiser move because removing a luxurious fixture like the bathtub may not go down well with potential buyers if you decide to resell.
Realtors claim that many homeowners are interested in having at least one tub in the house. So that should definitely be something to consider when you make your final decision.
