7. Display a jar
I am sure you have plenty of nice-looking jars in your pantry! That’s why I am going to ask you to pick the prettiest one out there in order to fill it with candies and leaves from the garden to create a nice and easy décor item for your Halloween dinner party. I am sure your grandkids will love it! It depends on how many people you will have over and how big your table is, you can display two or more jars.
8. Eerie butternut squash
This is the season where you can get creative but also spooky. Aside from the pumpkins, let’s not forget the butternut squash! They are usually found in different shapes and lengths, and they are very affordable to buy, so if you have a big porch, make sure you buy a couple of them to impress your guests.
All you need for this project is some butternut squash, a knife, and a washable marker. Trim 1/4 off the end and cut it in a zigzag. Draw some funny faces with a washable marker and then have fun carving. Inside, each butternut squash makes a platform to hold a tealight candle.
Are you ready for Halloween?
