6. Sleeping with just a blanket
A fitted sheet and a blanket are two main items that are important for your bed. I usually wake up in the middle of the night because I am either too cold or too hot. Layering might be the best solution. First thing, add a top sheet, the one that is going to be in between you and the blanket. Remember to tuck the sheet in so it won’t slip during sleep.
The second thing is that you may want to keep an extra blanket at the end of the bed. You know, in case you are cold during the night.
