5. Forget about storage space
A beautiful bathroom that doesn’t have enough storage space can easily turn into the worst decorating mistake! Just think about it: you have a lot of things that you usually store in your bathrooms, such as toiletries, makeup, towels, skincare products, and so many other things!
If you don’t have enough storage space, you might consider placing all of your items on your vanity. As a result, your bathroom will look crowded, messy, and completely disorganized. Think of the way you actually use your bathroom and which things need to be stored there and then give them a dedicated spot.
Shavers and electric toothbrushes, for instance, can easily be stored in a cabinet that also has a power source on the inside, while makeup products can be put in a shallow drawer, and towels and other standing toiletries can be put in some deep drawers.
