Simply dissolve a dishwasher tablet in a bowl of hot water and let your shower head soak in it for about half an hour, then rinse and dry it off with a clean cloth.

Create a cleaning paste at home by mixing a small amount of warm water with a dishwasher tablet and using it to clean with a brush. Leave it to soak for about 20 minutes and rinse.
