4. Basements
The basement is basically one of the most unexplored places in our home. But we have a ton of options for what to do with it. It can be turned into a washer/dryer or into a livable place where you can relax, read a book, or transform it into a mini home cinema.
Furniture could give an even nicer look, and you could always add and change things around there.

5. Bigger laundry room or mud roomÂ
Because in most cases, this place is basically a small one and there is no place for storage because of the washing machine and the dryer. We hate our laundry room! This could be easily transformed, especially if the ceilings are tall and the space on the walls can be used to hang different things.
Starting with some shelves or even small cabinets, the laundry room can be a place where you can do smart storage.
We can’t have it all, but we can still dream about a bigger laundry. It won’t hurt anybody!
