5. Unzipped or unbuttoned items
If you put unzipped or unbuttoned things they can seriously damage your other clothes. They can hook other clothing pieces and make a whole mess in there.
We have lots of items with a zipper or buttons and so before they enter the washing cycle it’s best to close them.
When it comes to buttons, it’s for the best to close them since they can easily tear apart during the cycle, or loosen up faster which can be unpleasant as well.
There’s nothing more heartbreaking than finding holes in your favorite shirt or putting on a shirt to find a missing button right in the middle.
